Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius or according to your oven.

Wash and peel all vegetables except garlic, then grate them on a coarse grater. In a large bowl, mix grated vegetables, breadcrumbs, squeezed garlic, and finely chopped fresh herbs.

In a separate bowl, beat the 3 eggs and season them with salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of oil. Combine the egg mixture with the vegetable mixture until smooth. Spread the vegetable mixture into the prepared baking dish, compacting slightly and leveling the top.

Place the dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold as a main course or a side dish.
