A comforting baked pasta dish layered with tender spaghetti, rich cream cheese, and a savory sauce. Oven-baked until creamy, bubbly, and lightly golden on top. Perfect for an easy family dinner or a cozy make-ahead meal.
Ingredients
Directions
Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F so it can heat up while you prepare the food.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti following the package directions until it is tender but not too soft. Drain the water and put the spaghetti back into the pot.
While the spaghetti is still hot, add the cubed cream cheese. Stir well until the cream cheese melts and coats the noodles, making them creamy and smooth.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook it for about 6–8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is fully browned. Drain off any extra grease.
Add the Italian seasoning and garlic to the beef. Stir and cook for about 1 minute until it smells fragrant. Pour in the marinara sauce, stir everything together, and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Lightly spread a small amount of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish to keep the pasta from sticking. Add the cream cheese spaghetti evenly over the sauce, then spoon the rest of the meat sauce on top.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses evenly over everything. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your creamy baked spaghetti casserole! And Enjoy!!
