In your slow cooker, whisk together the mushroom soup, beef stock, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce until completely smooth. Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

About 20 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to packet directions. Drain well. Add the sour cream in meatballs and stir well.
