You need to make this epic beef nachos supreme at your next game day.
Ingredients
Directions
Cook the ground beef in a pan of medium size until it is browned. The taco seasoning, water, and refried beans should all be added now Combine everything by stirring it, then set it to boil for 5 minutes. Take the pan from the heat, and put it aside.
Turn the oven on to 400 degrees. The tortilla chips should be spread out in an even layer on a baking sheet that has been coated with either aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the nacho cheese sauce for 20 to 30 seconds (or in accordance with the instructions on the box if using store-bought), or until it is smooth and creamy.
Spread the nacho cheese out on the chips in as equal a layer as you can. Put in an oven that has been preheated. Bake the cheese for three to five minutes, or until it is melted and bubbling, whichever comes first. Take the pan out of the oven and let it sit for one to two minutes.
Place some ground beef that has been seasoned on top, followed by some chopped tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions. Serve while it’s still warm, and enjoy the flavor!
