Step1

Fry onions, peppers, mushrooms until soft then add chopped spinach, season with spice and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside. Season chicken livers with spice, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes….do not overcook Allow it to cool then mix everything together and add dressing.

Step2

For dressing, in a small bowl mix together mustard, honey, mayonnaise, plain yoghurt, season with salt and pepper
