Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes until cooked and slightly crispy.
Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and honey, then cook with a little broth until smooth and slightly thick. Warm the mashed potatoes. Cook the carrots until soft. Heat the corn.
Use the chicken juices from the pan. Add broth and cook until it thickens a little. Coat the chicken with the glaze. Serve with mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, and carrots.
