These Blueberry Cream Biscuits are served with blueberry sauce for maximum berry flavor. This easy recipe is great for summer weekend breakfasts!

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add cold cream and vanilla. Mix lightly until a soft dough forms. Gently mix in the blueberries. Don’t press too hard.
Put the dough on a floured surface. Press it into a thick shape (about 1 inch). Cut into squares or circles. Place on a baking tray. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool a little, then enjoy warm biscuits. Enjoy!!
