Step1

Peel and cut apples into small pieces. Mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla in another. Combine both gently, don’t overmix.

Step2

Pour half the batter into the pan. dd apples on top, then the rest of the batter. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Adjust milk to make it pourable.

Step3

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle glaze over the warm cake and serve. Enjoy!!
