Tahini Sauce Recipe


Step 1

Add all purpose flour, salt, yeast and oil and mix well then add water as needed until then cover it and keep in a warm place for 3-4 hours

Step 2

In a saucepan add chicken and all the spices and mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes( u can also add 1/2 cup yogurt while frying

Step 3

Add foil paper in a the pan in a bowl the add burning coil then add 1 tbs oil on the coil and cover it for 5 minutes

Step 4

For Tahini Sauce add sesame seeds, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, yogurt and mayonnaise then grind it until everything is well combined

Step 5

Make pitta bread. Sprinkle some flour and knead the dough then make bowl shape and roll out the dough in circle

Step 6

when bubble comes change the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes(for 4-5 minutes)

Step 7

Add chopped onions, carrots, capsicum or any veggies u prefer in a bowl add salt and black pepper veggie salad is ready for shawarma

Step 8

spread Tahini Sauce and chilli garlic sauce in pitta bread then the veggie salad from before then add the fillings

Step 9

Roll in butter paper, serve with salad and yogurt dip.
