in a small bowl add gelatin and milk, mix it and out it aside. In a saucepan add 500ml milk and heavy cream, then warm the milk(don't boil it) on medium low heat. add the gelatin mixture and mix for 4-5 minutes then add vanilla essence and mix.


Slowly add condensed milk and mix. Then add this mixture in a mold( the mixture be like that how its shown in the video).Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set before serving. If you set the pudding into smaller cups/ramekins and serve them straight from the cups, without unmolding, you can chill them for 1 to 2 hours. If you want to unmold the pudding, chill for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.


Garnish with some ground pistachio (or any other toppings of your choicand serve it chilled. Enjoy!
