Lemon Bundt Cake

Today I will show u how to make lemon Bundt cake. Its really soft and moist. I am sure u will love it. A perfectly rich and flavorful cake that’s still fluffy and delicate. The sweet and tart glaze is the perfect finishing touch!!!!



Step 1

First add 6-7 unsalted softened butter. You can add normal butter if u want to its your choice then add 1 cup sugar u can lessen it if u don't like sweet too much beat it with hand mixer on low speed for 1-2 minutes. If You don't have hand mixer u can beat it with whisker by hands. we will add 2 eggs in the cake but add it separately add the first egg then mix it the hand mixer or with whisker by hand

Step 2

add the second egg and remember don't add both at the same time or else the cake won't be soft and moist. Do it with patience add 1 cup milk don't add full cup add little bit. add 1 ½ cup all purpose flour or cake flour its ur choice add the flour in 2-3 portion don't add at 1 time. Then baking powder, lemon juice for the flavor and vanilla essence. Add the remaining milk from earlier.

Step 3

Grease the cake with oil or butter . Then Pour the mixture and bake it for 40-45 minutes on 180°. sprinkle powder sugar(optional) on cake u can decorate the cake however u prefer. The cake is really soft and moist from inside
