How to make the most delicious Carrot Cake ever!!


For Frosting:



Grate the carrots with grater. Set aside. Then In a bowl add sugar and oil and beat it for 2 minutes then add 2 eggs one by one Add 1 pinch salt, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1 pinch baking soda then mix it well after that add 1 cup all purpose flour in portion then add 1/2 cup milk and mix


Then add 1 drop vanilla essence, grind of grated carrots and mix well . Pour the batter in 6-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. cook the cupcakes in preheated pot for 40-45 minutes on low flame. Pour the rest mixture in greased loaf pan and bake it for 20-25 minutes on 180°


In a bowl add sugar and whipping cream beat until its light and fluffy. Frost cooled cupcakes using a spreader or a piping bag. Depending on how much frosting you use on each cupcake, there may be some leftover.
