Easy, Cheesy potatoes bite-size appetizer ideal for your Holiday parties or even game days!




In a grinder add potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chilli, milk and grind it, the mixture should be runny. Then in a bowl add the mixture, chopped veggies and mix then add 1 cup wheat flour u can add all purpose flour or garam flour as u prefer. In a bowl add any crushed chip


Wet hands with oil. Flatten with hands and place 1 tbsp cheese into the center of the round dough. Gather the edges to cover the filling. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten. Continue with the remaining balls.


Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and once it is heated, add a thin layer of oil. Place several on the pan and make sure to leave some distance each. Cook until the bottom is golden brown. Once they are perfectly golden brown on both sides, transfer them to a paper-lined dish to remove the excess oil.
