Baked Chocolate Donut

Moist and fluffy donuts that are baked, not fried, and full of chocolate. Enjoy these with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk for the ultimate breakfast. These are festive and fun because they’re baked, so they’re a little healthier for you too!


For glaze:



Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Then in a separate bowl mix egg, milk and melted butter then it to dry ingredients and mix it until combined after mixing add melted butter mix it again but don't over mix


Then Pour the mixture in donut mold then bake for 15-20 minutes on 180° when its baked let it cool then remove from mold then in a bowl add 1 cup melted chocolate and 1 tbsp butter and mix u can also use melted Nutella if u want to


Dip the tops of the donuts into the chocolate glaze, and place on a cooling rack to set. Donuts are best eaten the same day or keep them for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!!
