First day of our cleanse with this delicious Cabbage Soup.

Step1

I started it with 2 quarts Chicken Stock. I added 1 1/2 heads of cabbage, 4 large Carrots, about 9 ribs of Celery, 2 medium Onions. Because I made the Stock with roasted chickens I wasn’t sure of how much spice.

Step2

I would need. Thirty minutes before serving I added a can of diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1tbls of garlic powder, onion powder and lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp of turmeric. It did not need any salt.
