In a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, egg and all purpose flour knead it well then keep in keep refrigerator

In a saucepan add 2 tbsp oil and onions then sauté for 2-3 minutes then add 2-3 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute for minutes then add 500g minced meat then fry for 5 minutes then add red chili powder, black pepper and salt then fry for 5 minutes then add 1 cup tomato paste and cook for few minutes then turn off the flame and let it cool then add capsicum, tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves to meat and mix

Divide the potato mixture into 8. Roll each into balls. Flatten with hands and place 1 tbsp meat into the center of the round dough. Gather the edges to cover the filling. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten. Continue with the remaining balls.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and once it is heated, add a thin layer of oil. Place several pancakes on the pan and make sure to leave some distance each. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and flip the pancakes. Once they are perfectly golden brown on both sides, transfer them to a paper-lined dish to remove the excess oil.

Serve and Enjoy!!

    Dear, This looks delicious!
But I’m wondering: after stuffing the potatoes, can you not grill them in the oven, or in a cupcake tray in the oven?
