lets make potato tacos. This can be eaten be as snack or as a breakfast it is your wish but the taste is fantastic trust me you will surely love this recipe. This can be a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes and a nice vegetarian quesadilla meal. They remind me of the potato tacos at Taco Bell although they are different. I know potato tacos are a hit, but these are so simple to make. The combination of cheese and potato go well because the starch clings onto the cheese easily and gives it a nice cheese pull.
